The UBTECH Walker S2 is an industrial humanoid robot developed by UBTECH Robotics, unveiled in July 2025 and showcased at WAIC 2025 in Shanghai. According to the manufacturer it is the first humanoid capable of autonomously swapping its own batteries: the robot walks to a swap station, twists its torso and uses tool attachments on its arms to replace a depleted pack with a charged one in under 3 minutes, enabling 24/7 continuous operation. It uses a dual-battery system with dynamic power management.

Walker S2 features a perception system based on pure RGB binocular stereo vision with deep-learning depth estimation, and a BrainNet 2.0 control stack paired with UBTECH's proprietary Co-Agent, which handles intention understanding, task planning, tool use and autonomous anomaly detection. The robot rotates its waist ±162°, bends up to 125° and operates within a 0–1.8 m workspace, handling loads of up to 15 kg.

Mass production began in November 2025. The robot targets industrial use — automotive manufacturing, smart factories and logistics — with pilot and deployment partners including BYD, Geely, FAW-Volkswagen, Dongfeng Liuzhou, Foxconn, as well as Airbus and Texas Instruments.
