CyberOne is a humanoid bionic robot unveiled by Xiaomi on August 11, 2022 during the Xiaomi 12S Ultra launch event. The prototype stands 177 cm tall, weighs 52 kg, and is driven by 21 real-time-controlled joint degrees of freedom.
The robot is equipped with Xiaomi’s self-developed Mi-Sense depth-vision module and the MiAI environment-aware voice engine. Xiaomi claims CyberOne can distinguish 85 environmental sound categories and 45 classifications of human emotion.
Joints are powered by Xiaomi’s in-house humanoid motors. The strongest joint motor (knee) delivers a peak torque of 300 Nm, with a unit mass of 4.97 kg. A curved OLED display on the chest provides user-facing interaction.
CyberOne remains a research prototype. Xiaomi founder Lei Jun publicly estimated the unit cost at 600,000–700,000 RMB and stated that mass production is not currently feasible. The robot is not offered for sale.
