Spot is Boston Dynamics flagship agile mobile quadruped robot designed for dynamic sensing, industrial inspection, and operation in challenging environments. The robot weighs 33.8 kg with battery, reaches 1.6 m/s, climbs stairs (max step 300 mm) and slopes up to 30 degrees. IP54 ingress protection and -20 to +55 deg C operating temperature enable deployment in demanding sites.
Spot offers 360-degree perception (5 stereo camera pairs), autonomous navigation with dynamic obstacle re-planning, autonomous dock charging, and 14 kg payload capacity (M5 T-slot rails, 2x DB25, 35-58.8V/150W). Available in Spot Explorer, Spot Enterprise (Spot CAM+, Enhanced Autonomy, self-docking), and with Spot Arm (6-DOF manipulator). Open API with ROS support via Spot SDK Python.
