Zendesk AI Agents is a platform for deploying autonomous AI agents in customer service workflows. Agents operate across messaging, email, voice, mobile and social channels, understand customer intent, ask clarifying questions and take actions across external systems (CRM, ERP, line-of-business tools).
The platform's core is the Resolution Learning Loop — every completed ticket becomes training data, and the system updates knowledge and procedures. After acquiring Forethought (2025), Zendesk integrated the self-improving agent engine into its stack alongside Knowledge Graph, AI Agent Builder and Copilot for human agents.
The platform supports 80 languages and includes built-in Quality Assurance, policy controls and auditability. Pricing follows an outcome-based model — customers pay for successful resolutions, included within Zendesk Suite/Support plans.
