Core products include Single Sign-On, Universal Directory, Adaptive Multi-Factor Authentication, Lifecycle Management and Access Gateway. Okta went public on NASDAQ in 2017 under the ticker OKTA. In May 2021 it closed the acquisition of Auth0 for approximately USD 6.5 billion in stock, integrating it as Customer Identity Cloud.
