Luxonis OAK 4
The Luxonis OAK 4 is a family of integrated spatial AI cameras built on the RVC4 platform (OAK 4 SoM module). Unlike the modular OAK 4 FFC carrier board, the OAK 4 is a sealed, IP67 device combining an RGB camera, stereo depth, a 9-axis IMU, audio and 52 TOPS of AI compute in a single, synchronized industrial-grade enclosure.
All variants share the same compute core: a 6-core ARM CPU, 8 GB RAM, 128 GB storage and 52 TOPS of AI performance for on-device neural-network inference. Stereo depth processing (including Neural Depth) and perception run locally, with no cloud dependency.
Connectivity is provided over PoE+ (2.5 Gbps Ethernet plus power on a single cable, IEEE 802.3at) and USB-C up to 5 Gbps (25 W nominal / 15 W reduced power). The device is IP67-rated and operates from −20 to +50 °C. Variants: OAK 4 S (AI camera with a 48 MP RGB sensor), OAK 4 D and OAK 4 D Pro (stereo depth, 75 mm baseline, ideal range 70 cm–12 m; Pro with active stereo and an IR projector), and OAK 4 CS (swappable sensor: 5 MP global shutter or 48 MP rolling shutter, swappable M12 lens). Software: DepthAI.
