Oura Ring 4
The Oura Ring 4 is the fourth generation of Oura Health's biometric smart ring, launched in October 2024. It is made of non-allergenic titanium inside and out, weighs 3.3-5.2 g depending on size (width 7.90 mm, thickness 2.88 mm) and is water resistant up to 100 m / 328 ft.
Its sensor suite includes green, red and infrared LEDs measuring heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), respiration rate and blood oxygen (SpO2), a digital temperature sensor, and an accelerometer tracking movement and activity. Data syncs to the Oura App (iOS/Android) over Bluetooth Low Energy; full analytics require an Oura Membership subscription. Battery life is 5-8 days and a full charge takes 20-80 minutes.
In October 2025 Oura introduced the Oura Ring 4 Ceramic variant. Its predecessor is the Oura Ring 3 (Gen3), and its successor is the Oura Ring 5 (available from June 2026).
