MIT wristband controls a robotic hand using wrist movements
MIT engineers built an ultrasound wristband that tracks 22 degrees of freedom of hand movement in real time and wirelessly transmits the data to a robot or VR environment. Results published July 13, 2026 in Nature Electronics.
