Vista is the fleet orchestration software platform from Collaborative Robotics (Cobot), managing Proxie robot operations in real time. It is the software layer of the Cobot Physical AI stack — complementing the physical Proxie Gen 2 robot with a central brain managing the fleet and making autonomous operational decisions.
Key features
Continuous visibility — continuous monitoring of operations state and the entire Proxie fleet in a single view. The operations manager sees in real time where the robots are, what tasks they perform, the battery state, and where delays appear.
Real-time intelligence — analyzes operational data for risks: which tasks are at risk of missing, where bottlenecks form, when a shift may not finish on time. The system surfaces issues before they become critical.
Autonomous action (Vista doesn't alert, it acts) — Vista's key value proposition. When a shift is at risk, Vista does not send a notification to the operator — it identifies the choke point itself, reroutes the fleet, and resolves the problem. Eliminates human intervention in typical operational events.
Integration with Auto Tasking
Vista works with the Auto Tasking feature built into Proxie. Per Cobot's manifest — the customer's operation is the only input: Proxie sees what is needed, Vista coordinates the fleet, the work gets done. No WMS integration required, no separate IT project — the system works from day one.
Position in the Cobot stack
Vista is the second of three main Cobot products — alongside Proxie Gen 2 (the physical robot) and ScoutMap (facility scanning service for Physical AI readiness). Vista manages dynamic Proxie fleet operations; ScoutMap prepares deployment by mapping a facility in under a week. Together they form a complete workflow: ScoutMap (preparation) → Proxie Gen 2 (execution) → Vista (production orchestration).
